Encourage an environment for networking with colleagues, whether professional or personal, so as to share thoughts and ideas, as well as to help members develop or maintain the knowledge and skills required to maintain competency in the healthcare field.

Inform members of professional opportunities and assist them in securing professional placement.

Provide a forum for legislators, consultants, lawyers and healthcare providers to communicate and interact on issues relevant to the membership.

Advocate the sponsorship of new members into the organization and support their involvement in activities of the organization.

Assure that the organization conducts its activities in a manner, which merits trust, confidence and respect of the healthcare profession while promoting an atmosphere that demonstrates ethical standards and the principles of healthcare management.

Participate as an organization in our community to education both healthcare providers and recipients on those public health issues.
